This endpoint is for setting up a new user for a KYC process.
At the end of the process, a unique identifier will be shared. If your account is allowed to perform action on behalf of others - You will use this identifier in future requests as "On Behalf" of the user.

AccountType ENUM:

1 = Individual
2 = Company
3 = CompanyEtc

Individual = 1
Company = 2
CompanyEtc = 3
