Setup Account and KYC

Set up a new account for starting this KYC process.
After adding the Beneficiary, in some cases, uploading files is necessary according to the relevant Payment Reason.
If your account is allowed to perform actions on behalf of others, you will use this identifier in future requests as "On Behalf" of the user.
